i am facing an issue with the internal storage of my xperia z2. i have 11.57GB available user memory when I check in in phone storage setting. But When I connect it to my Laptop, it shows 10.5 Gb. 1 GB of memory is missing. i did factory reset also but it is still the same.(and that 1GB is not the system storage). can anyone tell me what is the issue and how to fix it?
