Xperia Z1 support VoLTE?

Does Z1 support VoLTE? I see on the Japanese NTT mobile carrier website that Z2, Z3, Z4 and Z5 all support VoLTE.

Obviously Z1 is hardware capable, is it in the software?

At least in the Japanese firmware of Z2 to Z5 have VoLTE support.
