Xperia XZ clear audio issue

Clear audio+ isn't working as it should. I've done a software repair but it's not solved it, I've uploaded a video to demonstrate my issue. It doesn't improve volume or quality. Xloud is supposed to be built into clear audio. Working perfectly on my z3 tablet.

It would also depend on the files your are playing like poor quality mp3 versus HI res flat. And the volume increase isn't really that much isn't it will affect sound quality. Sound is a very subjective issue. I suggest you compare it with another same unit at your local service center. #localsupport

I am also having the same issue

- If i am not mistaken, Xloud and clear phase is built into Clear Audio+ 

- Clear Audio+ is supposed to make audio sound louder right?

- Whenever i tyurn clear audio+ on and off, it doesent make a diffrence

- Whenever someone calls me, the ringtone playback volume is so tiny and i could barely hear it

- Addition : Sony should also increase the vibration intensity when incoming calls arrive = cant feel it when someone calls

No, xloud is pretty much baked in now as a default, clear audio + takes the audio and processes it to sound more neutral as it was recorded. This should in theory make vocals more pronounced whist overbearing sounds are reduced.
