Xperia SP does not turn on!

Can some help me!

I left my phone in my room, it was not left charging nor was the battery % low. I came back after45mins and the white led light is flashing. For me this mean I have a whats app message. I went to turn it on using the button on the right hand side. My phone does not turn on. I had no problems with it earlier. I dont know what to do. The white led light is still flashing.

If you remove the back cover of the phone, you will find an OFF button which you can hold down by using a paper clip for example. Hold this button down for 5-10 seconds and your phone should restart.

OPEN PC COMPANION AND REPAIR WITH HOLD VOLUME DOWN BUTTON AND CONNECT USB
