xperia e1 - why not move to the memory card?

why developers can not make the ability to move apps on your phone xperia e1? 

not enough that, this phone has a total of 512 GB of ram, so more and 1.2 GB of internal memory. I'm sorry, but Sony should be ashamed released phone with 1.2 GB of memory  , Is it so difficult to make an exception for this phone in the new version of android? because you know that this phone is so little memory, but just do explain what the phone uses the remaining memory? build even updates that come and then installed on the internal drive .

The phone has 512 MB of RAM.And this option was removed by google,now Sony offered it to T2 Ultra,just head over there and see.

Yes,Google wants to get rid of SD cards in devices,that is why their Nexus does not have a slot.
