Xperia C won't charge

My Xperia C suddenly won't charge. The PC companion won't recognize it either. When I plug it while it's off, the charge light is red as if it's low on battery but in reality it has about 40% juice left. It's not charging even if it's off. I tried booting it on safe mode but that didn't work either.

Do you by chance have a spare charger you can test with, or have you already tried multiple chargers?

I have the same problem and tried all the options which are given on the forum. Yet my phone doesnt charge

Please help. Every time i have to turn off charge and turn on which is really bugging.
