Xperia c not charging when turned on

sir/madam,

My Xperia c is not charging when turned on.

i tried clear data of smart connect,tried rest button,tried booting device in safe mode,nor it getting deceted to pc,

won't helped pls. solve this issue

My xperia c got switch off atomatically and not starting up . i teyed using reset botten but not starting ....what should i do now

Charge the phone for 1 hour,repair via sony update service:

i have buy the phone on 20 march 2014.and its second time i am faceing the same problam .just one and half month the phone . i have tryed by keeping for charging for more then 2 hours. i haved tryed by pressing volume down key.i haved tryed by perssing power key and volume up key at same time.i haved tryed by updating by pc companion...so plz help mi out..and there is no sony care in my city in live in osmanabad,maharashtra.

tryed that too my phone is not gatting dicted by software i pressed volume down key whiel plug in then too ....plz help me
