WORST SERVICE SUPPORT FROM SONY

I had purchased Sony Xperia Z phone. After a year of use , my phone shuts down any time even if battery is full. I stay at VAPI - Gujarat. I went to their service centre for repair. on 19.4.16 and explained the problem. They took the phone . Gave me service ID no. 16041903391. They updated the phone with new android version and gave back the phone and said the problem is solved. They charged me Rs.500.00 for it. I asked for bill , thry replied that computer is faulty so will give later. I started using the phone and noticed that the problem hasnt solved. Same problem remained. Now after 3/4 days i again went back and explained the fact. Now they say that we have to send it to main service centre situated at ahmedabad. I asked then what did u do earlier when u cant even diagonise the problem. They replied that it is our routine procedure. Now phone went to Ahmedabad( or god knows went or not). after 1 week i got repair estimate of Rs. 24500.00 (shocking). They have listed each and every thing to be replaced. So i asked them to return my phone. Till today i.e. 20.5.2016 they have not returned my phone. Since last 7 days they are saying that phone has been despatched by courier and they will send SMS when the phone reached here. The guys at the service centres are totaly irresponsible. They clearly told me that you can complain wherever you want . you r free to do it. They are not even providing courier tracking no. 

Sony mobile phones and their after sales service is worst . Never buy Sony Phones. I will surely blast it on social media and my huge circle.. Imagine without being my phone sonce 1 month. I am planing for a police complain tomorrow and thereafter at consumer court for the type of service we are getting. They think the y can take granted eveery one. But not this time. Surely will remind them their duties does not end with selling the product.
