Upper Glass broken

Hi,

I bought xperia L phone back in August 2014.

I met an accident and the upper glass is broken but still the touch and LCD are working fine.

I went to one of the SONY service centers and asked for repair . They told me a whopping cost of INR 7000 for replacement.

Even though the inner LCD is working fine. The service center guys are saying they will replace the whole LCD assembly.

Does anybody here have suggestions where can I go to get only the upper glass replaced ( as I think this would cost much less)
