Unknown file appears in internal and external memory

That is a folder named ".HhTjqSRo6dybqDAV2ImUSREmnZU="

It contains ".nomedia"

Shows only in windows explorer. I can't see it in phone's file manager

Can anyone tel me what is that file. Is it a virus? Is it Harmfull?

That is the google ads ID,you will see it with a 3rd party explorer or on windows.

I found nothing other than this which can slow down my phone my phone have only 850 photos some applications and only 200 hundred songs then why it is getting slow. I am using just 50 % memory of my phone and did format of my sd card so there is nothing. Then why my phone is hanging please help bro.

It is not a Google id. It contains a .nomedia file so your device doesn't get confused and list incorrect media files in the wrong app. For example your music player app should not list video files or the video app listing documents and so forth. 

If you have an app that can play multimedia content, then the system will write in the .nomedia file telling the multimedia app to list available playable content.

The folder is accessed by the Android system and is on any storage devices whether internal or external depending if and where you have any media stored. 

If you delete the folder then the system will recreate it again whenever you next open a media app, do a media scan or reboot your device.
