Unable to Detect SD Card

Hi everyone. My name is Eve. I just bought an xperia xa ultra. My problem is, i cant transfer my internal storage to sd card. Seems like it can't detect my sd card. I really hope someone would help me on this. This is my first sony phone btw. Does anyone encounter any issues like this and how to solve it. Thank you.

What kind of SD card are you using?

I will try to use a different sd card. Do u have any suggestions on what type/type should i use?

Im not sure. It wrote there micro sd card a data. It's only 4gb though. It was given for free

you should go with a class 10 SD card

Welcome to the community,

This is unfortunate, however, it may just be that the SD card needs to be formatted. I suggest connecting it to a PC/Mac if possible and trying to format the card and then trying to use it within the handset.
