Because I love my Z2 I got my wife a 2nd hand one (2 years old) but for unknown reasons when you press the power button to open the lock screen the touch screen is not working so you need to press the power button to turn off the creen and re-press the power button to open it a 2nd time and then it works fine. This means when she receives a call she cannot swipe to answer until she as closed the screen with the power button and opened it again. Any idea's? She does not want to use the proximity sensor way of answering the phone. Is there maybe a way to answer calls without swiping or using the proximity sensor?
Once the touch screen is working its fine and very responsive and even running the diagnostics works perfect.
