Touch not responding

My screen is responding but if I touch it no action is takingplace, only a green box is showing around the app I have pressed or any program on the phone..

Does your phone has any protective case or film? 

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen.

I can't access any thing on it....

Then that's a hardware issue, contact your Local support to get  your device inspected.

Hi,

Just a thought since you say that you have a green box appearing, it may be related to TalkBack. If TalkBack is activated, you need to use two fingers to scroll in the menus. And to enter a menu/program you need to tap once to mark, then double tap to enter the marked choice.

TalkBack can be found via Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack > Turn it off. Use the method above to navigate to settings and you can deactivate TalkBack.

Hi I have turned on TalkBack by accident. My phone is locked and I am unable to enter the password, green boxes donot appear around the letters on the keyboard, but they appear on the password box, etc. What should I do?
