Hi, this is more a warning that if you have the misfortune of your phone breaking do not expect any supprt or straightforward and prompt dealings from Sony Experia.
They have to be one of the worst support departments anywhere.
I sent my phone off nearly a month ago because it suddenly got a bleeding screen sometimes a problem with mobiles and a common fault if the internet is anything to go by in the Sony Experia M2 which has lots of references to this screen bleed.
Luckily before I sent my phone off 3 weeks ago I took some photos and I would advise anyone dealing with Sony to do this as even though I have the photos which I took at the time they have already questioned the validity of them.
Anyway after 2 weeks of waiting a report came back to me saing that the phone was externally damaged (crack in the screen etc) the thing is you can clearly see the phone was not cracked when it went off.If you look at the images the phone that Sony are saying is mine does not even look like mine. Anyway I have tried to complain but Sony will not listen make contact or anyting just a joke and that is why I have had to put this on a message board just so people will see what they are up to.
I'm sorry to hear about your issue but this is a user based forum, I wonder if your phone was damaged during shipping, either or you should stay in contact with your Local support
Hi,
Sony Customer Support in the UK has got to be the worst ever, I have been in dispute with them for over 5 weeks and they are the rudest staff you are ever likely to meet. Just saying and feeding back on my experiences.
warm wishes
Martin
Hi @TAGFRANL, I am sorry to hear that you feel that way.
Since this is a Global user based support forum, unfortunately I am not able to assist you with a local case such as this. I strongly recommend that you raise this with your Local support even though you already have done so; they are best suited to assist you.
