Hey there
Got a problem with M4
suddenly sound from speakers stoped working - no music, ringtones, anythingh. But everything works fine with headphones.
Already tried reboot, hard reset, factory reset and safe mode, nothing worked.

That might be a hardware issue, contact your Local support to get it inspected, also
settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the loudspeaker
