Sony Xperia Z1 Compact problem with front camera

Hello. I got I problem with front camera. When I turn on front camera, it is just black screen. I can't take photos, but rear camera is working perfect. I was trying reset mobile, update everything what I have in mobile and it still not working. Can someone help me with it?

have you tried checking with xperia diagnostics? to see if there is a hardware problem?

how about safe mode?

did you recently update or modified the software?

Yea, I was checking it. Just front camera have this problem. 

Still not working.

Yea, I did. Nothing happen. I still see just black sreen when I have front camera on. And when I was trying take photo with front camera and then I check gallery I just saw black photo.
