Sony Xperia E3 Dual Call Settings

Dear Sir/Mam,

Just a day before I bought Sony Xperia E3 Dual from Sony showroom in madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. I'm facing a problem when I make call to someone. i.e., When I make call...the phone display light goes off immediately. The screen left full black. It seems like switched off phone.So that I can't view or use any other options in my phone. Pls help me to solve this problem.

Do you use any screen protector and/or cover for you phone? If yes, have you tried to place a call without it? Otherwise, I suggest that you boot your phone into safe mode to see if same behaviour appear:

yes thats correct and if you have any problem try to repair your phone using PC Companion

Hi,
I made a call from the call history (to a last called number) and then locked the screen from there. Then when I unlocked the screen, I am not seeing the currently call like (Incoming or Outgoing ) in call log !!! Its showing only before 5 -7 hours , I tried to restart and make calls, etc. but still they shows only before 5-7 hours . Anybody else faced this issue ? Any known workarounds ?
This is a big problem as currently call logs are very important feature for me as a basic phone itself. Please give your suggestions.
