Just tried to update latest over bluetooth with my note 2 but failed to update. now the unit is showing the update bar only, freezes and cant even restart. cant even use the unit at all. somebody out there can help??
Cant do the factory reset. Push the on off button for long time does not work. even tried the back button while on usb also cant factory reset. the screen and buttons unresponsive. just showing the update screen.
My headset same like you, I press "+" & power botton same time to force close down the device. And connect to computer with "Sony Update" installed to downgrade firmware to 0.1.D.0.6 and don't try to upgrade it again from your phone. Send message to SonyMobile ask them upgarde its firmware truly to 0.1.E.1.5 from their "sony Update".
Hi frnd i have tried that key combination still no reponse, when i do this display gets off and when i again switch it on or connect to my laptop, the same update bar only appears. can you pls brief the process.
