sim card

Hello.

excuse me. I can not speak english..

sometimes my sim card changing off (automatic). the sim has not any problem

In this time, whem I'm calling to my mobile phone number, the operator says "the mobile phone is off !!! "

How can I repair it. what's the problem ?

(Xperia SP - C5303) - mobile phone is update. - and I don't use airplane mode.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried using another SIM in the phone to see if the problems persist?

Sorry I don't understand you very good, do you mean signal goes off permanent or goes off and come back ON every time, or du you mean changes to airplane mode?

I can turn on the signal with   >>>  " airplane mode /on "  then " airplane mode /off "

OK, check with another SIM for one day at least, if the problem persist, ir first, check operator net is automatic and network is 3g preffered and 2G
Check too, if you have stamina on or another battery safe program install.

the place that I liveing, network coverage is very bad but I thing that, My problem has got diffrance with that however I will check it later. (change sim) then I will be report it, here.
