So I've run into a problem which has been occuring many times now.
When unlocking, doesn't matter if with fingerprint or pattern or pin, the screen is non-responsive.
Sometimes locking and unlocking again helps, sometimes it does not.
I do not believe this is software related, as it was occuring before latest update as well. Not as much though.
Any thoughts, ideas on how to move forward?
Hi, so once it unlocks is the screen black or does your homescreen show but unresponsive to touches......have you tried Safe Mode to see if this still occurs

Homescreen is shown but it is unresponsive to touches. Have not tried safe mode yet.
same for me, it happens every day. a popup appears and ask me if i want to close or wait for Xperia Home to being responsive.
Time to repair the phone with XC

Repair has not helped me. Screen is still non-responsive after unlocking on random occasions. Reboot helps 100%, sometimes locking and unlocking again helps as well.
edgarkovalevski.....did you try running your phone in Safe Mode, this will rule out a 3rd party app interfering....if XC did not help, try Safe Mode...if no change then i'm afraid my next port of call would be to contact your Local Support
