I have an Xperia Z1 Compact. I'm really impressed with both the software and hardware that Sony has developed. However, I'm missing what ZoltanE mentions - a scheduled backup to the cloud of everything. It would be really neat to have the phone automatically backup to a cloud service every night, while I'm asleep, of everything essential (also app data.) I'm guessing a main issue here for Sony is to find a way to collaborate with a reliable cloud service, and I'd be surprised if they're not working on a solution.
Right now I'm using Helium Pro to back up app data over WiFi to Google Drive every night, and the rest of the phone (apps, sms, call logs etc. etc.) is backed up via "My Backup Pro" also every night but to a different cloud service. This is done without rooting the phone.
With Sony's "My Xperia" service I can remote wipe my phone in case it gets stolen or lost, and I'm now confident I'd be up and running within a day after buying a new Xperia phone - losing hardly any data. It would be great if the backup would be done seamlessly in the Xperia environment without having to use two 3:rd party apps, and going through the troubles of figuring out a decent backup method. I'd be willing to pay a few dollars per year for a decent scheduled full backup to a cloud - Helium Pro and My Backup Pro aren't free.
