Might be difficult to get hold of this. We don't provide any tools for recovering lost data unfortunately but there might be some online even if I haven't used any myself.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

I can not get this to work i have a samsung precedent and for some reason it will go all the way to the last step and then it will cut off

I think you need to use some 3rd party recovery tools to recover deleted call logs. You can google it then. Or you can search the FonePaw Android Data Recovery or the Wondershare, I remember that they can support the Sony. They can recover files by scan your phone, and you can see some deleted files there. I used once long time ago. Quite simple to use. And they have tutorials on their website.
