Microphone problem in Z5 premium

Recently I have got a Z5 premium dual. In phone call the microphone is were weak and they can not hear me. In phone test there is no problem and microphone records very well. However in phone calls it is terrible.
Any solution?

I'm same need fix so annoying can't make calls
