Problems with xperia J

1. While pressing On/Off key, only notificaion LED at bottom glows but no display appears.

2. Display becomes black now and then.

3. Reboots automatically.

4. Ringtone set to default after reboot.

5. Memory utilization is above 80% even while the phone is idle and no background activities as well.

6. Mic stops suddenly.

7. Sometimes, while someone calls, only illumination LED blinks and display remains powered off.

While phone was within  warranty, Service Centre just re-installed the OS and handed it back saying theres nothing else they can do.

After warranty expired, same persons suggesting replacement of motherboard (9000 INR) and power button (2000 INR).

Currently brand new Xperia J is available in 11000 INR.

I doubt if every other component is free with motherboard and power button.

*I've tried repairing using PC companion several times but no luck.
