Problems with my Sony Xperia C4 dual hanging while touching any icon

After Marshallow update, my phone is not working properly, it gets hanged and while touching any ikon, it popups and screen appears  remove from home screen or uninstall option....

i have tried repiar option and it continues , so i reinstalled the software, but the same continues, i hanve take my phone to KG Electronics, Tirupur - service centre, they simply tells it is hardware problem and want  to change the touch screen cost Rs.6500.00....

how it happens in a single update it becomes hard ware problem....

kindly support me to solve the issue in my phone

After upgrade marshmallow update, my phone apps are not working properly, example I open to the music app and detect a problem are unfortunately music has stopped....so solve the issue in my phone

I'm very sorry to hear about your phones. I can understand the annoyance this can cause for you.

Did this start directly after the update? What you are experiencing, can it be recreated every time or is it completely random? Is there any change if you reboot your phone to safe mode?

Should you experience the same thing with your device rebooted to safe mode I'd advise performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. Since this will reset your phone you can first create a backup using Xperia Companion. My recommendation however is that you test the phone before restoring any backup to simply rule out any corrupt data or similar being the cause of this.

@karlog05, do you mean that you repaired the software using Xperia Companion? After the software repair, did you restore any backups or download anything to your phone before testing the phone?

After receving back the mobile from KG Electronic, i have rebbt the phone to SAFE mode and tried, it is now working fine for the pat 1 hrs and now i am installing the apps to my phone.....
