problems sending email

hi i am having problems sending email from my xperia u, previously it was ok but recently it just will not send them and says i have a connection error , but i can recive ok. i am doing this from my own domain any suggestions are very welcome

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

It sounds like you have wrong outgoing (SMTP) settings in your phone. Open the email app > menu button > settings > outgoing settings > check that the settings are correct. 

Also restart your device and try again. 

If the behavior persists, try to remove the email account and add it again.
