Problem with updating to Marsmallow

Hello,

So i have tried to update my Xperia M4 Aqua to the newest android, and sony companion after downloading says this:

1) Check if device is dissconected

2) turn device off and wait 5secconds

3) Press and hold volume button

4) Holld pressed button and connect device to the computer

5) Wait until application will do automatic steps

So i have followed it step by step, restarting PC and everything else, But something new appeared but only for a second and then it crashed.... So my question is : Have someone good tips & tricks? or what i should do to secure it or somehow fool it and go throug it?

Yes im usin Xperia Companion, and my problem is that i am not able to proceed that steps aabove...

one time it worked but after 1second it disapeared

My Xperia m4 aqua is not updating to Marshmallow

Sames with me with an M4 Aqua Dual. After downloading the update by the Companian the phone is automatically switched-off and Companion states "phone preparing" and soon the phone is restarting but Windows (7 pro) tells that USB device is not recognised and that's it 😞

Any hints?
