Problem transfering data from iPhone to Xperia Z5 Compact

Hello, 

I'm having trouble transfering my data from my old iPhone 4s to my new Sony Xperia Z5 Compact. Both of the devices are updated with the latest software.

I've first tryed transfering data using the app provided by the Xperia phone (Xperia Transfer app). I had my backup done via iCloud, but the Xperia app kept saying that there was no backup file in my icloud account.

Then i installed in my pc the program PC Companion, did a local backup via iTunes and tried to transfer the data. It says that there was a error opening the backup file and that i should do a bakup file again. I did, then error again.

I then tryed tranfering the backup data using the PC Companion program and looking for it on icloud, but then again it says that there's no backup file on my icloud account.

I've checked my icloud account and i does have a backup file.

Any ideas on what's going on?

I've already tried the program you are sending me the link and it's not working at all, either it says that my local backup file can't be open, or that there is no Backup file in my icloud storage.

Also, the discussion link is from someone who has been able to transfer some data, in my case i can't transfer any of my data at all

What if you create a new backup but this time, just fewer items, like just messages

The problem is that Apple doesn't allow you to choose what you want to put in the backup file. I have some options on what do i want on my icloud storage to access anywhere (like contacts, calendar, notes, photos...) and then you can save a backup file, but no options on what do i save on that backup file.

Anyways, the problem (i believe) is that any of the Sony softwares avalaible for transfer (Xperia Transfer and Pc Companion) is able to recognize my backup file, in my computer or in my icloud account....

I'm having similar issues with transferring data from iPhone 5 to Z5 Compact (both with latest sw)... the Xperia Transfer on the phone says "No content found" when it connects to iCloud, and the PC Companion opens a blank view when starting the transfer tool (see pic). I have verified that there is a backup present in the iCloud and on my pc, and iPhone was connected to the pc via usb when I ran the PC Companion.
