Problem in hard reseting menu

As i press buttons volume+ and - plus power the phone keeps vibrating without getting in the hard reset menu

Hi @Hetch,

Pressing the volume up (+) and power key together will force a power off.

If you need to perform a factory reset and are unable to access the phone's settings menu you should instead perform a software repair using PC Companion.

@Hetch Xperias do not have recovery mode, so you have to follow @Christofer's advice.

Thanks for the support, however currently my phone is locked therefore the sony PC ompanion cant access my phone, i need other help to acess it.

Turn off the phone > run PCC > Support zone > repair > follow the steps (make sure that the phone it's off)
