Problem after update marshmallow on z3, do not reconect automatically mobile data.

My Sony Xperia Z3 is having problems to reconnect mobile data. Note: eventhough is showing up is connected to 4g and with good signal it doesn't work. Every time I loose signal the problem happens. However when I turn on airplane mode and then turn off, my Internet work perfectly fine. 

I dont want to reset my phone because I will loose some file on my apps. Do you know what else I can do?

Try re-downloading internet settings from Settings -> More... -> Internet Settings

@quester I already tried that. what else could be? I also tried app Permissions and nothing. I saw something about battery optimization. Do you think is because that? Please help me
