Post code problem and incoming calls/messages

New Xperia M4. Address book is a mess. The numbers from the address line are inserted into the post code line, making it impossible to read accurately

and

incoming calls and messages show up as the phone number, not the name of the person ringing. Not good for an SMS as one is not always able to guess the sender and has to plough through the stored numbers.

Any ideas?

have you tried edting the contacts to see if there are information not placed on correct field?

check your filters on the contacts app settings

the name of the contact will not appear if there is a duplicate entry on your contacts app. try to check your contacts for duplicate entries.
