Phone asks for SIM unlock code

Hi guys I bought Aqua m2 last year and moved to India , didn't know that there will be a lock for the phone.
When I tried to use the phone it kept asking for the SimUnlock code , I entered random numbers couple of times . Now I got the original unlock code but when I am trying to enter it keep saying unlock unsuccessful . I think the phone got hard locked so what should I do now ? Can some one tell me please

Hi,

There's a limited number of attempts on entering the correct code for the SIM-lock. If wrong SIM unlock code is entered too many times it's not possible to unlock the phone even with the correct code.

I recommend that you contact a service centre or your Local support in this case to see if they can assist you.
