Notifications and vibrations

I have Z3, 5.1.1

Around a month ago I reset setting to default and since then I have a problem which really annoys me:

Every now and then I have a notification's sound without any new notifications: I have an old notification in the noticiation bar which I cant slide it aside (need to press "done" to do it), but I don't do it because I need it as reminder. Before the reset I didn't have the re - notifications (it happens in WhatsApp too about threads I didn't read).

Any idea how to solve it?

you can turn off the notification for the particular app, settings>sound and notifications>app notification

I didn't think of it because most of the times I didn't see any notifications at all.

I tried to uninstall some application and it gone. I'll try to reinstall them back one by one to find the bother one.
