Not charging

Hello I have Sony Xperia m4 aqua dual phone. When the phone is turned on it doesn't charge so I usually charged by switching it off. Earlier it use to take 150 Mins to charge fully but now it takes more Tham 5 hrs. Plz suggest cure for this

Are you using a wall charger or a computer? Sony's usb cable?
