No quick charging and battery setting missing in the US model

Hello. The sony x compact is supposed to have qualcomm quick charge 3.0 however, i believe its missing a software update to enable this feature. I have a qualcomm quick charger and it still takes close to 2 hours to charge. On top of this, the battery settings is missing a feature the UK version has called battery care. Please advise. Thank you.

Which quick charger model do you have?

If you're on the latest build...

32.2.A.0.305 changes some battery charging settings.

[SETTINGS]>>System - About Phone>>Status>>Charging Optimisation>> On/Off
"Adjust the amount of charge to increase battery lifespan. This may shorten the usage time of your device."

See if turning that on or off makes a difference to what you can see.
