No 4G CS Fallback after update to Android 6.0.1

After I have upgraded to Marshmallow, I can't make a call or receive a call when I'm in LTE/4G. We don't have VoLTE yet here in the Philippines. If I don't have LTE signal, I won't have signal at all even when there is a 3G signal. I have to turn of the LTE just for me to get the 3G signal.

You should be able to receive calls while on either 3G or 4G, could you test it in >>> safe mode

We have no Voice over TE yet here in the Philippines for my provider. When someone calls me when I'm on LTE, I should go down to 3G automatically, but this is not working anymore since I have upgraded to Marshmallow.
