network problem

there is network problem in my xperia t2 ultra dual 

the voice is cut while calling not get fully voice from other caller

this problem is more while on gsm mode in sim1 than wcdma mode in sim1

because due to the less 3g network i want to put my sim on gsm mode but on gsm mode network problem is very huge 

ang calling become worse

can anybody help me with this issue

Think it has to do with your mobile service provider. You should be complaining to them instead.

But same sim working perfectly with no issue in different mobile

And I also call service provider about this problem they said it is issue of my mobile because service provider tell that there is no network problem

Perhaps you can update to the latest firmware and see if that improves.  Other than that, it would probably be the phone issue.

Service center is the way to go, unfortunately.

I am using the Dual SIM version in Malaysia. It is working fine.

i also visit in service centre they do a software repair of my phone

but still problem is there
