Network Issue on Xperia M Dual

Hello,

I have sony experia M dual, which i was purchased last month. Now, when i am using the internet in one sim the network of second SIM going lost. This is happennig contineously. when i am doing off the internet, both the SIMs are working.

Please suggest what can i do????

The device is dual SIM dual standby,which means one SIM is not active while the other works.
