Please follow the below steps to repair the software of your Xperia device:-

1. Connect your Xperia device with PC and you will be prompted to install the Xperia Companion on your computer.

2. Launch the Xperia Companion tool and select “Software Repair” option.

3. Please ensure that the battery of your Xperia device should be charged at least 80% to proceed, and then click on “Next” option.

4. The wizard will prompt you to acknowledge if you know your Google details for theft protection purposes, and then click on “Next” option.

5. Xperia Companion will inform you that personal data in the device will be lost during the software repair process.

6. After acknowledging the above message, Xperia Companion will download and run Sony Update Engine in the background.

7. Next, you will be prompt to perform a few steps to start the software repair process in your Xperia device.

8. Disconnect the USB cable from your device and the computer.

10. Turn off your phone and wait for 5 seconds.

11. Connect the USB cable to the computer, not to the phone.

12. Press and hold the volume down key and connect the USB cable to the Xperia device and do not release the volume down key until the application automatically starts the next step.

13. Do not disconnect your Xperia device post following the step -12

14. Next the application will download and perform a repair to latest software version in your device.

15. Once the repair has been completed, you can disconnect your device and power it on.

But This Method Not Working      Plz Provide Bug Fix Update

Which bug are you referring to ?

Uliwooly, he is talking about a not annoying bug but present issue that if you apply a theme, the soft button never change, they remain the same. It only happens to the C5 as in the Z3c they do change for some themes (not all).
