My M 5 high temperature..Help me..

I love sony brand long time ago. And  now I have to change new phone to Sony M5  . I'm very appreciate so much. I wish i dont have problem same as another comsumer but the last i have a big problem My phone have a high temperature very fast . I dont know this is a damage of any software or membord inside .I should have to give support center or any  application can dowloaded to fix them. Plz, help me.

the devices tend to get warm-hot depending on usage. what were you doing when the device got hot?

the device will resart itself (or turn off) if it gets to hot for normal operation, other than that it would considered normal

try to restart your device once in awhile to close background tasks.

using 4k and other camera effects will heat up your phone

playing hi-end games for long time will heat up your phone

heavy usage will heat up your phone

send your device to your local service center to have it checked Local support
