i have purchased xperia J from city collection nagpur one and a half month ago..but since day one i was having hanging problem..also the LED light was not blinking...but they only updated the software and returned it back to me..problem of LED light was not solved when i went to the sony service centre, NAGPUR on 8th day.. Mr. Yogesh is the incharge there...they told me that there is some problem in the motherboard so u will have to keep your cell for some 15 days..i thought the problem is not so severe so i neglected it but soon after some 5-6 days there were mic problems arising in it,people were unable to hear my voice..also my sim used to get locked in it, calling and receiving was becoming impossible for some time...so i gave it for the replace of motherboard on 16th may, but they again didn't do anything except updating the software even though they said that it will be done..so i again took the ticket id on 22nd may and put for the motherboard replace..when it came from the company it was defective , on 31st may..they said that this is the last time , give us 7-10 days ,it will be done this time..till today i am waiting for my cell phone... its 1 MONTH now..i keep calling them daily but they keep on ignoring..i am fed up of these people..if again the motherboard comes out defective,what should i do then ??? very disappointing service from sony..i will never purchase any of the sony product in future too..now i just want a new handset or 14000 back if again problems arise..
