I'm sorry to hear that but maybe it was a faulty or a fake SD card, I've seen a lot of issues like that.

I've contacted my local support. It looks like I nead to bring the phone to service.
And I don't think that the problem is with sd, because other people use fake cards to, and it works fine. Anyway, I'm quite sure that my sd isn't fake.

How can I report a bad local support service?
They asked me a question and I answered them onse. Then they asked me again a same question. And I gave them same answer. So I answered five times that my phone is updated on lates software: 26.1.A.3.111, and they asking me again and agan..."Does your mobile phone has the latest software?"
So, am I missing something?
That's rather odd, this is a user based forum, so you will have to contact them and perhaps ask to speak with a supervisor.
