I am very disappointed as a past believer in Sony devices. I am less than a year into a Virgin mobile contract and am awaiting delivery of my 4th handset! Admittedly one handset was for a broken screen but the others have been for the same technical fault. The phones just keep crashing and restarting, the only one that has been ok was the one which unfortunately the screen broke on. When you add these issues onto the pathetic storage capabilities and constant reminders of 85% full transfer data to SD card it really gets annoying! Tomorrow I will be receiving yet another handset. I did request to change to another make and model but unfortunately terms and conditions mean I have to stick to the same make and model! JOY! Still over a year until I can leave these awful devices behind and get a different phone!!! Not happy!
