Hi,
I have been facing this issue for long time
After updating the sony Jive application . Jive has stopped working with share options.
Any one is facing this issue.
note: Restart the phone as well
I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Did you send the phone to a service center?
@Samuelfor every bugs what ever we are reproting here , You're always suggesting us to repari the phone or locak center.

i have bought xperia z3 .its not even a month of purchase that now my sony music jive has stopped working.it displlays following message"unfortunately stopped".
please help sony!
