Jive Application has stop working.

Hi,

I have been facing this issue for long time

After updating the sony Jive application . Jive has stopped working with share options.

Any one is facing this issue.

note: Restart the phone as well

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Have deployed the OS properly?

Have you tested the phone before launch?

Have you Coded properly?

i have bought xperia z3 .its not even a month of purchase that now my sony music jive has stopped working.it displlays following message"unfortunately stopped".

please help sony!

Hey @Alon3r may be used can try this way.I don't know whether it's going to work or not with your device.
Go to setting -app-sony jive -clear data-Open jive -select skip without sign in.. See if it opens this way and works usually. Because on signing in it again displayed that it has stopped unfortunately. So I use it without sign in.
