I start hating my Z1

Hello everybody.

here is what happend. I went to the pool and i took a photo under the water. then, i returned my phone back and suddenly it got jamed and after i shut it down, it worked by itself on the safe mood. after a several tries, it returned to the regular mood. after that, i found out the start and the volume bottoms don't work normally. what it works now is the volume up bottom to show show the small box about shut the phone of or take a screen shot. Also, it runs the applications randomly. when i use the facebook for exaple, it turns the camera on and when i close the camera, it turns the camera again frequently. 

i really don't know what to so with it. could you please tell me?

i bought it on January, 2014 from Sony website.

Why is this so? 😕 shouldn't our z1s be waterproof? Although i never ever plan to use my z1 under water or what not, i am sas reading posts like this, bec before spending a fortune on my phone i gave carefully looked into lots but i chose experia. Plus the ad in stores for z1 highlighted its waterproof-ness. Sony, pls answer bec i do love this phone and i gate to be disappointed.
