I spend a week to train the IR remote control and there was no way to backup all the learned codes and settings. When I send the unit for repair all my IR codes and settings are gone. The local support was really bad. Anyone knows how to backup the settings without rooting the unit? Sony tablet comes with a good backup and restore apps but surprisingly this Sony buildin apps does not even support song's own IR remote control apps data and settings backup. Hope Sony could enable saving of IR remote control settings. Hope Sony tablet does not suffer the same fate as sony Vaio as the support is not responsive to customers requests and needs Hope we could get the solution soon
