Hi,
some weeks ago I got an exchange unit - a whole new / remanufactured xperia J - due to display issues of the first phone. Anyway.
Now my headphones are no longer detected by the new device.
I've tried the original standard accessory and several others and all of them are working with other devices.
I've checked "Smart Connect" which is activated (but not working) for 'music at home' with walkman.
The problem appears to be the same in secured mode.
Musik is being played via internal speakers, whether the headphones are plugged in or not.
Apps like "toggleheadset" or "speaker booster" recommended earlier are of no effect.
Where is the solution? THX Simon
