My Xperia z2 device freezes a lot...what should b done?

Whenever I keep my mobile on the table after few minutes it freezes n my screen starts being invisible...

Yes it freezes in safe mode too....

I recommend trying a software repair on your handset. Test it before you restore your back up or install any apps though.
