FM Radio does not work

The FM Radio app does not work on my xperia z3 for some reason. There is no sound whether i'm on my headset or loudspeaker. Ok Google feature has been disabled in my phone which was causing it to not work earlier.

try to clear data of the radio fm app.
settings>app>fm radio>clear data

make sure the volume are up. (sometimes they change)
try to open your device on safe mode to test if the radio works

restart your device

If that doesn't work, repair the phone with PCC

software repair

Bridge (for Mac)

In case it works when you have the phone in safe mode, see if you have downloaded any apps that listens for voice commands. Also other apps will mute the FM-radio when they use the microphone.
