Favorites Transfer

SO I was just curious if there was a way that I could transfer just my favorites (pictures) from my phone to computer without individually selecting each one? There are over 2000 and I really would not like to lose all that time I spent "favoriting."

As far as I know it's not possible to transfer just the favourites.
